Yesterday was a good day. As a result of Art on The Prom a local cafe offered me wall space so I now have some of my work on permanent show - and sale - at The Cliff House Cafe, in Felixstowe. Wonderful. I was also given some advice about grants and think I will apply for a grant to do water's edge surfboard art at the show next year. We shall see. I am not one to be lucky with grants and things, maybe I should seek the advice of someone who has been lucky. We shall see.
Joe -son - is off to Uni and yesterday I bought him what I am sure will be his most treasured companion in Halls .Yes, you have probably guessed, a table-top ironing board! Well it was only £2 in a local cancer research charity shop and it really is an item no decent self-respecting lad should be without. Tee hee!
